I’m having trouble meeting guys. My uncle said it could be because my “welcome light” isn’t on. What does this mean?
The phrase “welcome light” is a new one to me! I assume your uncle is talking about body language.
How do you react when you meet new people? Does shyness cause you to look down and hunch over, arms tight in a protective huddle? Are you comfortable looking new acquaintances in the eye? Do you mute the awkwardness of close encounters with sarcastic humor?
It’s difficult to generalize about what “appeals” to men and what doesn’t. Moreover, for women, there are many more important things to worry about than the pursuit of that elusive male. However, the rule of thumb here is that the behaviors you find attractive in other people are probably the same behaviors they find attractive in you.
So when in doubt, mimic!
